An easy and quick cheesecake recipe with a twist!
This baked cheesecake recipe doesn’t contain any cheese like ordinary recipes I used unsweetened coconut yoghurt. This makes the cheesecake much lighter and tastier.
- 3 cups of yoghurt of your choice (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of powdered milk
- 2 Tsp of vanilla powder
- 100g of butter
- 1 pack of biscuit
- Topping of your choice – Any kind of jam or Nutella or icing sugar
Break the biscuit and smash it till it powders completely then add the melted butter and mix well. Place them in a tray of your choice, I used cupcake tray. Bake for 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 450*c.
In a bowl, add the yoghurt, powdered milk, sugar and vanilla powder and mix. Take out the tray with the biscuit crumbles from the oven and add the mix then bake for 10 minutes.
Let the cake cool down then add the topping of your choice.
